  • Exclusions: Damage caused by improper cleaning methods, chemical treatments, or accidents is not covered.

One-Year Binding Warranty

  • Coverage: Our rugs come with a one-year warranty on the binding.
  • Terms: This warranty ensures that the rug binding will remain intact and not unravel under normal use conditions for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to rough handling, cutting, or excessive pulling at the edges.

Exclusions

  • Seconds: Please note that the above warranties do not apply to rugs sold as 'seconds'. These items may have minor imperfections and are sold as-is.

Warranty Claims Process
